Shown here is Hailey, an integral part of our awesome online and in-store sales staff, and Don Rozon our talented guitar tech, who shares his deep passion for music with us and has been working on guitars for decades.

He has 100’s of hours of schooling at a world renowned guitar repair shop in Georgia where he apprenticed with a Master Luthier and received his Master Guitar Repair Luthier Certification.

Don can skillfully perform everything from re-fretting and fret levelling to pickup installation and full setups. With fast turn around times and full 30 day warranty, Don is looking forward to working with you on your guitars!
