Rare 1974 Guild S-100 Carved Vintage Electric Guitar, Natural w/ Hardshell Case

Stunning all original Guild S-100 Carved Natural guitar, serial number 103443, dating to 1974, the first year of the carved acorn/leaf patterned tops.

After inspection and full set up and string change, this guitar appears to be all original, with original nut, tuners, hardware and all electronics. Normal body marks for a vintage guitar of this age, mostly on the back as shown, original frets show typical slight wear on the first three frets, and all notes ring true with no noise. Nice patina and aging with typical lacquer crack lines on the back of the headstock etc, very cool looking overall.
The original pickups measure: 6.91k on the neck and 7.1k on the bridge, scale length is 24.75.
A fine example of a great Guild from this era, that was also known by many as the "Gibson SG Killer"

Case is older with marks and stickers as shown and not original but protects the guitar very well.
