This means that a larger percentage of the tree can be utilized in the manufacturing process since they do not need to pull out those sticks that would not meet the high standards for white hickory in the regular American Classic sticks.  There is no difference in the quality of the stick and all sticks go through the same pitch pairing and weight sorting process when forming pairs in sleeves, the only difference is the appearance of the stick.
