Each item in your cart will show a "stock status". We try our best to make this information as clear and up to date as possible for you to make shopping easier.

If at the top it says "IN STOCK", and nothing else is showing below the ADD-TO-CART button, then in most cases the item will be in stock and available for immediate pickup or shipment.

NOTE that the item may say "IN STOCK" at the top, and it's important that you look just below the ADD-TO CART button for more detailed information if applicable.

In this area you may see details such as:

 -> "IN STOCK AT WAREHOUSE - ETA 4 DAYS" - This tells you that the item is readily available at our supplier or distribution center warehouse and once your order is placed, the order is submitted immediately and we estimate that it will take approximately 4 days to arrive to our store. Once it arrives, it is quality checked, set up and shipped out right away for you.

For example, a certain Godin guitar may be in stock at Godin in Montreal, and we know that it will take about 4 days to receive the item at our store. A Fender guitar may say "ETA 8 DAYS", as it takes approx 8 days for items to arrive from Fender in California. 

-> "OUT OF STOCK" - Item is out of stock in-store but may be available to order, contact us for an eta.

-> "IN-STORE ONLY" - This will be for products that cannot be shipped, such as floor model drum kits that are already assembled or other large/heavy items that can only be picked up in-store at our retail location.

-> "PRE-ORDER" - Items such as new products that are not yet available or not yet released by the manufacturer but are available to order now. Pre-orders are shipped immediately when the product comes in and are shipped in the order that the orders are received, so this is a great way to get your name on a new product to ensure that you don't miss out! Preorders can be paid in full online or by phone or you can simply contact us to place a small non-refundable deposit.
